Tom and his wife, Sherry, have been married for 40 years and have a large beautiful family. He graduated from Oak Brook College of Law and spends a large amount of time continuing his legal education each year.
Tom's primary focus is on Estate Planning, helping others plan for the unexpected while maximizing the intent behind the Trust or other legal entities. This passion is what drives him to offer free monthly Estate Planning classes to help others to understand the basics and demystify the process.
Tom loves humor and enjoys making others feel comfortable and relaxed. His interests are playing chess with his children, wresting, football, convincing others to watch random YouTube videos and entertaining his grandchildren. He loves challenges and problem solving, which makes Tom a fantastic Attorney.
CHRISTOPHER HARLAN

Primary Focus: Family Law
Christopher attended the University of Idaho where he received a J.D. in Law and B.A. Degrees in Operations Management and Information Systems.
Christopher's primary focus is in Family Law, with extra attention given to stipulations and other creative collaborative approaches to help minimize collateral to all parties. Beyond the scope of the legal field, Christopher also manages several family businesses. This unique mix of experience allows him to have a well rounded perspective in his legal practices.
When (if) he's not working, his hobbies are numerous - but among his favorites are making music, creating and playing games, and tinkering with all various sorts of technology.
BRANDON HAJNEY

Primary Focus: Water & Mineral Rights
Brandon earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico in 2016, where he earned a specialty certificate in Natural Resources and Environmental Law. His practice focuses on the preparation of oil and gas title opinions covering fee, state, and federal lands and on all manner of real property transactions and disputes.
Brandon excels in managing complex, detail-oriented legal matters and is particularly skilled in drafting precise legal opinions, agreements, and documents. His commitment to thoroughness and best practices ensures that his clients receive exceptional legal representation.
Outside of his professional life, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their three children. His favorite pastimes include hiking, reading, listening to music, racket sports, and drinking coffee.
